RETURNS POLICY

- Items must be returned unworn, in pristine condition with the original purchase receipt and in the original packaging with tags, within 21 days of reciept. Removal of tags will deem the item worn and will not be refunded. 

All personalised items are excluded, this includes handmade items made custom to you & items ordered in especially for you. 

- All refunds will be issued excluding the original delivery charge or we can exchange the item for a different colour or size.

- Due to hygiene reasons, pierced items are excluded from this returns policy.


- These terms do not affect your legal rights to return the goods under the Sale of Goods Act.


HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

By Post: You can return items to us by post within 21 days and you will be refunded on the payment card you used to place the order.

We recommend that returned items are sent via a recorded method as we cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive. Refunds will be processed via the original order payment method. (either Debit/Credit Card or PayPal) within a maximum of 5 days after reciept of return.


For all postal returns:

- Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original presentation box, complete with tags. Removal of tags will deem the item worn and will not be refunded.
- Make sure the package is sealed securely
- Visit your local Post office to return your item(s) and ask for a receipt of postage
- For refunds: once we have assessed the items, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card or method that was used to place the order online, less the delivery charge.
- This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
